Hey Everyone,

Good morning, y'all! Just wanted to share with everyone the amazing experience I've been able to have at the Tall Ship Challenge in Galveston this weekend! Yes, I am missing school, but I mean, come on; Tall Ships, or school?! Tall Ships please!!! Anyway, the event is this weekend from today through Sunday if anyone is down south. Here are a few pictures!

Great pics Simon. Remember a rough day sailing beats a good day at work or school anytime. I plan on heading to Galveston tomorrow to take in the sights.

For those along the Gulf Coast the next port of call in April is Pensacola and then to New Orleans. Will wrap up with a visit up the east coast to Philadelphia late May time frame.

Breathtaking!! I'd pay good money to crew on one of those things for a summer.

We took a six-day cruise on the 125 foot "Liberty Clipper" out of Nassau last December, but most of those ships dwarf her, I think, especially the square riggers.

Great Pics. I plan to take a look when they come to New Orleans.
There is one ship, I think its from the Netherlands, that actually takes on passengers for a modest fee. Had considered signing up for the Pensacola to New Orleans trip; however, too much work at the office and too much work on my own boat. It would be a nice experience.
