Tach - Alternator connection

Is it possible to hook up a tach to this alternator?

Yes - I've done it. The unmarked screw is GROUND (I believe), "B" is battery connection, and the four spades are other connections like for a tach. You'll have to get the wiring diagram for it, though - I don't recall WHICH of those is connected to the tach.

Yes but as said must the proper wiring and I pretty sure
the 4 spades are also used to send to the key start panel
or possible to warning for battery charging at the key panel.
