Used to be sym

It came with the boat and was originally for a J40. We had it recut asymetric and fly it as you see. It does great but above 60 or 70 apparent a purpose built chute would fly better as the luff on ours is too full, but hey, $ is scarce. All in all we love it. It's a low fuss sail and we gybe it almost like the genoa. It keeps us moving in really light air. I can even single hand it. Fwiw, on our last boat we flew a sym the same way and it did fine though wouldn't go as close to the breeze. My recommendation is, pick a light day and go play with it. It's fun. You asked for another pic of the spin flying. How's this?
