Pressurized water for Hunter 260
Jeremy,I completly replaced everything from the tank downstream, including the rigid piping that is almost impossible to find fittings for.I used 1/2" reinforced water hose that I found at an RV store. They also carry many of the fittings you will need. The pump is mounted near the tank and it is a Jabsco Par Max 1 Pump (#42630-29000) with a Jasbsco #36400-000 strainer. The faucets are Scandvik #101500 RM (West Marine now carries a very similar model that is less expensive). The faucet is a simple one handle design that you twist on and off to turn off or on & control flow rate. Pump is controlled at the panel (or you can add a secondary switch). When the system is on, the lines are pressurizied. When one or more faucets are opened, the pump kicks on. This system uses one pump (tee after strainer) and there is no need to use one hand to press a switch. If you want a pump at each sink, keep in mind that some of these upgrades systems require the pump to be lower than the tank. If interested I am in the directory & if you send me your address, I'll send you a .pdf diagram of how I plumbed and wired the system.Good luck.Bob
