i just bought a hunter 20 and cant figger out how the swing keel works. is there a bolt or something that keeps it in place when up? haven't gone in the water yet but nothing seems to move -crank handel etc-. dont want to get caught with keel up and no way to get it down 1st time in the water- thanks
