I have been considering a used Beneteau 311 or a new 323 with a swing keel, as I sail where I need to cross a shallow sand bar on the way to my dock. I would really appreciate any thoughts or experience with these boats, or the Beneteau swing keel in general, including anything i should be careful to look for in evaluating the boats.
