And another swing keel rebuilt. Sandblasted, NACA 015 angled to be parallel with water flow. West Systems Epoxy, 105/205 with 406/403 added for base buildup then 407 to finish fairing. keel centering pads are 410 modified epoxy. 2 1/2 gallons of epoxy. Epoxy build up was mainly chemical bond (layers of modified epoxy before complete cure) Primed and painted. Installing with new hanger fittings.

Can’t wait to sail it and see how it points.
