My wife and I have recently purchased a 1977 Ericson 25’. She is in quite nice condition, but the previous owner had wondered if I should replace the line to the swing keel before she is launched. Has anyone experienced trouble with their swing keel line? I wonder if it’s something I should replace as a good preventive measure, or if it’s something I need not worry about. If you have any other types for an Ericson newbie please pass those along as well.
