Swim platform locker check valve

I have a 2001 Beneteau 411… Does anyone know if there is a check valve in the swim platform locker? Mine fills with seawater and makes it useless… Any ideas or thoughts are greatly appreciated.

There is a drain in the life raft locker. I helped a friend replace his and it was a painful experience. It was cracked and leaking.
