Maybe you can fit a small platform to the side of the motor.

I think there is a 4 step ladder often used by scuba diving sailors. Single pole with steps on either side, that is retractable. It might also work.

The platform Jssailem showed is even better if you add a 4-step telescoping ladder to it. Just provide a lanyard of bungie so it doesn't come loose when not wanted.

Been thinking about that swim platform. Would be even better if you could create a way to fold it up when sailing.

Building on jssailem‘s idea, access at an angle may be nice.

on the other hand now that you’ve done the dirty deed you may as well double down with something like this! Could even fold it up!

I built this narrow ladder for my Stiletto 27 using 1-inch square tube, starboard, and Seadog steps. The hinges are wider channel. A boat hook clamp holds it up, easy to pull down. There is no reason the ladder needs to be normal width. The stock ladder went over the side and was a pain.
