Any ideas besides getting a new valve on how to get shower to work on swim deck Beneteau 331. Worked fine last year and winterized properly. My neighbor who has a larger Beneteau has same problem.

The usual transom shower has Hot and Cold valves, a retracting hose and a handle with a push lever to conveniently turn flow On and OFF when in use. I would think that when the boat was winterized both the H and C valves were shut off leaving the hose and shower handle isolated. It could have frozen, or sediments could be blocking the passages and orifices. In either case I'm afraid replacement would be the most effective course of action. Remove the hose and insure you have water flow from both the Cold and Hot valves.

I guess this is a bit of an odd question, but what is not working.
  1. Water pressure
  2. Stuck valve
  3. Clogged waterline
  4. Leaking water line
Might get an answer if the question was defined.

Good point, poor definition of problem. The shower hose being the easiest to remove is clear and as during troubleshooting I removed the shower head so I know its not the valve that is part of the shower head. Although it's tough to make sure I believe I have pressure on the supply side of mixing valve as the lines seemed to have less give (finger pressure) when supply is under pressure vs. when I depressurize the system by turning off pump and letting water drain in sink.

Someone mentioned stuck valve. Is that part of the mixing valve? And is it repairable?

ARE YOU also turning that transom VALVE, OR JUST LIFTING IT UP AND DOWN?

On my 361, I have to pull the valve out to turn on the water. Which can be hard at times because sticks and hard to get a good grip on it.

All set, I never knew the valve pulled in and out. I had been just turning clockwise and counter-clockwise for adjusting temperature. I must have pushed it in when replacing the housing that eventually failed due to UV degradation.

Thanks for the hints
