Vince, I would suggest you look at the NAMS and SAMS websites. Members of these organizations are listed in your area. Finance and insurance companys accept their reports as these organizations are the largest and most respected in the profession.
Ken Johnson of Johnson Marine Services. He is located in Mystic CT. I don't have his number handy but if you can't get it from directory assist or your local yellow pages E-Mail me, I have it somewhere. He is SAMS and NAMS certified.
