Just a note for those that responded to our surveyor dilemma. We received a refund check from him for the price of the survey. I contacted Boat US and they agreed whole heartedly that he was unprofessional in his tactics. They even mediated the situation which I felt was fabulous. His name is John Horan for those of you who might be interested. We will have to incur the debt of rehauling the boat to have another survey done but at least we will be happy getting an honest survey. Can anyone reccomend a reliable and knowledgable surveyor?
