Bought back my old boat, 1993 Hunter 33.5, and the survey found a hollow spot when tapping the hull, spot is under the general area of the galley and when pushed in does give just a little bit.
Rest of the hull is solid.

Anybody have a similar occurrence and how did you fix it ????

Do you mean a blister? There are lots of descriptions for repairing blisters on this site. From what I've read, one blister isn't too bad and not too much trouble to repair at next haulout/ bottom paint.

Yes, I had a 1994 33.5 that would "oil can" when sat on its keel for a few days on the hard. This is not that uncommon. Hunter flew a guy to my boatyard where he fiber glassed some support in under the galley floor which solved the oil canning.

Good to hear, thanks.............
Had the boat for 10 years, sold it to a dude who lived aboard and killed every system in the boat.
I bought it back for the memories..............
