I've also posted my question on TRAILER SAILOR. I am reconditioning and sprucing up my 1986 Zieman sailboat trailer. There is a quick disconnect at the tongue for the surge brake line. This is so that when you pull out the tongue you disconnect the brake line from the master cylinder. When I went to a trailer parts store,they had everything I needed except this quick disconnect. Just like the tongue on the trailer it hasn't been used in years and like the tongue the disconnect is frozen solid with rust. Not even Kroil will un-stick it. Since the trailer store has not ever seen one, is it something from an air compressor system? Does anyone else have one of these? And where can I find one.?
