Has anyone had any shipping problems with this company. They seem like nice enough people when talking to them on the phone, but my order I placed the day after Memorial Day has been damaged or lost 3 times now. I'm promised a shipment on the next batch of paint mixed but I have to say I'm beginning to wonder. Anybody out there with past experience that can give me some reassurance? It sounds like a good product but I'm about to the point of placing a claim through my credit card company or checking with the local BBB. Thanks in advance for your response.

You should have called the credit card starting July 1st. 30 days is way to long for a decent company to do their job.
