Suncor Stainless Quick-attach Swagess Terminals

I recently rebuilt an O'Day 25. Part of the upgrades was 3/16 SS shrouds and "Quick-attach" swageless terminals from Suncor Stainless. Has anyone had or know of failure from these terminals? Should I replace them? They are 2 months old.
I found broken "jaws" in several turnbuckles. the jaws are wedge shaped and of different metal to other 316 SS components. Ironically they brake diagonally, not across the narrow side as I thought would have been more likely. Last weekend an inner stay separated while on a close haul last week.

It is rumored on the internet that these are not intended to be used for standing rigging on sailboats over 19'...

Suncor Quick Attach

For something so important I'd suggest using a brand of mechanical fittings such as Hayn Hi-Mod, Norseman or Stay-Loc that all have excellent reputations....

EDIT: I recently spoke with Suncor's head of engineering who confirmed that the "internet rumors" are indeed false and their swageless terminals are as strong as the wire and safe for standing rigging.
