I just obtained a problem, I mean a project, and will be needing lots of advice for this adventure and so I thought I would get this posting going! First qustion: What am I in for if a 1980 37 O'Day had it's last bottom job in 2001 and has been in the Caribbean water ever since? Is this a year that would be prone to lots of blisters? How long might it take two guys to complete a bottom job? Second: Does anyone have an owners manual? (probably should have been first!) Third: The boat's wiring is "a mess", I would like to rewire the whole boat but am not sure if this is something a novice can handle with a good "how to" book. Any suggestions?
