Hey everyone, I'm a beginner sailor and I'm looking to buy my first sailboat. I want something that is somewhat comfortable but very easy to handle. I've read that a Catalina 22 would be a great starter boat. Please tell me what you think!

We just bought a Hunter 240 last summer as our first boat - it is pretty easy to handle and this website has most any part you might need to get for it. It was also newer (2004) and well maintained, so while that made it a bit more expensive, it also meant we did not have tons of work to do right off the bat on it. That being said, I have heard good review of the Catalina 22 as well.
