Sudden electrical dysfunction

As yesterday it has been rather windy, I had to use repetitively the bow thruster. When I arrived, my 4 service batteries did not supply their DC, Apparently the Xantrex Link2000 resetted constantly the connections (all of them) if I put AC in the charger the 12v will work but only on the charger. On battery mode alone, Xantrex will loop the reset constantly. I would like to cross from Spain to the Canaries (6 days sailing) but am afraid to do so if the problem isn't solved. My bench is 4 times 600 A/H and has a charge of close to 13Volts.

I'm not sure what you mean by "batteries did not supply their DC", since you are reading a charge of close to 13 volts. 13 volts is a full charge if your charger is not running. If you are not getting DC, perhaps you have an open breaker or fuse.
