I am having yet another problem with my stuffing box. It was leaking at 13 drips/minute. Tightened it, now its now leaking at all. I am able to move the locking nut but the stuffing/flax nut will not budge and I'm concerned when I run the engine with no drips. I have sprayed the nuts, but they don't want to budge. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
