Is the floor where the hose and the wire loom level. In the pic it looks like it isn't. If it isn't Try moving the wire loom one way or the other to relieve pressure on the hose on top.

Yes the floor is level, and there is no direct access to the wire looms. The problem is compounded by the fact that when Hunter was building the boat, and installing all of the systems below the sub flooring (fiberglass pan) they left numerous scrap pieces of the red and blue plastic piping that they used for the pressure water system in this area. A few of these pieces can be seen in the photo, and are helping to wedge the sink drain hose in, so that it cannot be removed, and replaced.
Thank you for your idea.

If u run a blade down one side of the drain hose it would allow the hose to collapse more which in turn help get it out. It will not help getting a new one back in though.

Possible leak repair

This is probably a crazy idea but when situations arise like this sometimes the craziest things work. If you know where the leak is, can you possibly rig up something like this where you can apply some 5200 sealant to the inside of the hose using a small vinyl hose attached to the tip of the 5200. Just liberally apply it around the area of the leak then possibly spread it around with a 1/4" or 1/2" flexible copper tube . Since there is minimal water pressure and the leak hole is probably fairly small, any 5200 that gets there may seal it up.
