stuck open seacock....

I launched my boat and found that my discharge seacock is stuck open. Any hints on closing it would be appreciated. I already soaked it with blaster.

Hmmmm

Blaster should have done it.Perhaps there's a piece of sand.Usually back-and-forth loosens it up.Alternative is to replace it. Keep throttling back and forth, first.
