Stripping Gelcoat From Trunk

Hello All!

I bought a Catalina 250WB with a bad case of boat pox. I've spent the long winter stripping her hull to the fiberglass and am now down to the "trunk" (the slot in the hull that the swing keel gets pulled up into). Any suggestions as to how to strip that area?
