After a lot of indecision, I replaced the cabin strips with 1/2 inch dark blue and ocean blue. In order to tie things together, I also added this combination to the top strip on the hull. My intent was to sharpen things up a bit. Thanks for all your suggestions. This websight is priceless.

I got the tape from MrLetter.com. I got 2 150 ft rolls, one is dark blue and the other is ocean blue. Both are 1/2 inch. The tape with shipping was $25. I took the old tape off with a hair dryer and cleaned the rest up with sticky remover. I spent about a half a day on the project. I went back and forth between the light blue and ocean blue. I chose the ocean blue because it was brighter. When you remove the old tape, you will have an outline left to follow. This really was not a difficult job.
