Our Hunter 33 shows some horizontal stress cracks in the paint and gelcoat around one of the cradle pads. It appears that it has occured by setting the boat in the cradle unevenly during haulout. Best way to fix this and should we hold the marina liable for the repair?

First I would get the paint of the area to get a better look. If I was not comfortable with what I saw I would bring in someone. maybe a surveyor, to give me a professional assesment. If that professional assemsment put the blame on the yard, then I would go to the boat yard.
