Sunset on the Arkansas River. Great trip. Ready to try the Mississippi River next. Does anyone know how to get the charts for the Mississippi river? I got the ones for the Arkansas off the internet.

There was a good site called Freeboatingcharts.com but I see it is no more. So you can try http://www.nauticalcharts.noaa.gov/ if you haven't already. They should have all charts nautical. I have downloaded my west coast charts from there. But have not gone there in over a year so things might have changed. Good luck.

I got a full set of charts for the Illinois River, Chicago to the Mississippi from the Army Corps of Engineers web site. My understanding is that eventually all (U.S.) charts will be unified into one compatible system.
