Does anyone out there know what the OD of the stern tube on my 1992 Catalina 28 should be?
I have tried measuring it with calipers but it is partly covered with fiberglass and I get a an odd number - it appears to be between 1 5/8" and 1 3/4".
I am asking because I am considering purchase of a PSS and the units from PYI come sized for a 1" shaft with either 1 1/2" to 1 5/8" or 1 3/4' to 1 7/8".
