Don't know about the 23.5/240 interchange. Hunter should be able to tell you. 904-462-3077.If not, the Hunterowners Chandlery has an alternative that might work. (I tried to link to it but it didn't work. In the chandlery search "stern rail seats" and an item called stern perch seats comes up. They mount on standard stern rails.)

Search the archives.  Many good articles and view points. I bought a set last year. They are great. Opens up the entire boat. Makes steering fun. Great buy.
