Stern Measurements

I am not near my boat currently and am looking for an estimated measurement for the flat portion of the stern at the very back. (Closest to the waterline.)

So in the attached image. I am looking for this rough measurement. Ultimately I am wanting to remove the previous owners boat name and put the new name and location of where we moor the boat.

Looks pretty similar to our 37. I don’t have the exact size, though I could probably measure on Friday. In any case there’s really not that much space there to make the name and hailing port legible. In our case we put the name toward the aft end of the topsides, under the pinstripe. We put the hailing port on the transom with what are probably about 3” or 4” letters.

I think we use 7.5” or 8” letters for the name.
