On great advice from people on this forum I am tackling a suspected leak under the rubrail in the stern where the hull and deck meet. The advice says to dremel out the filler between the hull and deck. I took a small section off but do not see an actual seam where it would have been filled. Could the seam be on the bottom ( facing the water?) I only took a small section of the rubrail off so maybe I need to take more off. . Can anyone advise? Thanks
