I am about to install a new stereo on my boat and had a couple of questions: 1. Does anyone see a problem with my installing the stereo just aft of the compression post and then running the speaker wire to the starboard / port sides through the channel that is already there? This will allow easy access to the stereo and allow the use of the wireless remote from both the cockpit and the aft berth. 2. Can I just pull power off of the cabin light that is just fore of the compression post or should I run power all the way back to the panel? Note that in a couple of months I plan on adding an XM receiver to the system as well. 3. Does anyone know where I can pick up some smaller bracket mount speakers to use in this application. All of them that I have seen so far seem too big for what I am wanting. Thanks, Darren
