Stepping the Mast

I need to step the mast of my O'Day 23 for the first time. It's in a tight spot at the dock. What's the best method? Any suggestions.

PaulB, Just show up at the boat, start the getting ready to raise the mast, people will show up and someone, if not everyone, will have an idea. We've all been there, usually can be done with two people, three is better. Good luck and fair winds. Ron
