stepping a mast....

Hello all....
Have a pearson P36-2 Keel stepped mast double spreaders furling jib. What is the order of tuning the mast
Not listing in any specific order....

Center in mast partner
Forestay tension
Lower stay tension
Mid stay tension
Upper mid tension
