Steering Wheel Delima

I have a H31 1984 with a Merriman steering pedistal. The friction control locking nut/collar is missing and I saw awhile ago that a Hunter owner makes a replacement for this item. Can anyone give me the particulars of his contact information. I have searched the forum but cannoy locate the specific info. Thanks.
