steering wheel brake

I have a 1986 hunter 40 legend.
Dose any one have a diagram of what the Y/S brake looks like ?
I am trying to see what parts I am missing.

my wheel on the Hunter 33.5 1993 was converted by previous owner to a folding lemar wheel which is great except that the wheel does NOT LOCK.......so I am also looking for parts or an answer to fix this problem,HELP
