I recently stepped my mast and am in the process of replacing my steaming light and anchor light. I am having a very hard time finding a replacement. Nothing they sell at westmarine will mount to either the anchor light post or the steaming light mount on the mast.

Attached are pictures of both of them.

Thanks!

Cory

Your lights look like they may be Perko. Perko was used on lots of boats for many years. Check out their catalog at http://www.perko.com/. If you find replacements in the catalog you may be able to order them here or at other special order vendors.

It looks like you may have to bite the bullet and forget about trying to use the old mounts and make or buy new ones.

The steaming/deck lights almost all have plastic housings that bolt or rivet onto the sides of the mast, like the Aqua Signal, Hella and Forespar units. Your round steaming light fitting is something I haven't seen in over 35 years.

Same with the anchor light. We used to have a cheap Perko light that was drilled into the top of the masthead. I disconnected that, and screwed a bracket to the side of the mast and attached my light to that.

I have to agree with the first post. I had to replace the steaming light and stern light on my P18, I found a perko that matched the wood base on the mast, Identical to yours. Same with the horizontal mount stern light I needed.I got lucky with bow light, bulb only, easy match.

BTW, I ordered replacement lights off this site, even with shipping from west coast to Baltimore, beat WM prices.
