Steaming/Deck Light Combo

My Deck light has be out since I bought the boat. Yesterday, I had the Deck light bulb remove for replacement. The bulb base was corroded so I could only make out 20W.
Web searches let me measure and identify the base as...

BA7s ( not BA9s)

It has the side points like BA9. The new version of the BA7 has ridges and NOT points.

I found the old style (side points) in maximum of 2 watts and are for dashboard backlighting.

Does anyone have a supplier or base converter for the BA7s 20 Watt?

After talking with the SBO store and their helpful searching, I just bought the SBO store, I am replacing the fixture with new LED bulbed one, they had the best price too.

Yep, but I called them and they beat the best price for the LED version. I am going to install it next week end. It took 3 days to arrive.

I just had good weather and time to install this deck/steaming light LED combination in post#7.

The Good News...
The light appears well built and as advertised.

The Bad News...
The mounting bracket (which is moulded part)...WON"T mount.

It won't conform to any large masted boats. My guess > 25' sailboat mast.
Plus it must have newly tapped holes in your mast, to conform to its mounting bracket.
Then leaving the old mount screws to "plug" the old mast holes.

My non elegant solution was to mount the new light to the old bracket.

I used the stainless self tapping screws that I was going to use to mount to my mast, to mount new light to old bracket. Mounted so easy and doesn't look ugly from 20' above deck.
