99.999% of the people here--me included--consider you the single most valuable asset to this site. Please don't let the few people--all new arrivals here--who have no manners, no respect for anyone else, and the social skills of wart hogs, outweigh the regard everyone else has for you. It's been long, brutally hot summer...your travel schedule would drop an ox...you drop in here to help out, only find yourself/Hunter dodging bullets from wart hogs. I know what you're thinking: "I don't NEED this!" No...you don't...and you don't deserve it either. But we need YOU...This place just wouldn't be same without you!! So kick back over the long weekend, get some rest...and hold this thought: We can do without the wart hogs...but we can't do without you!!

Here Here!

Peggie's right! This is a great site and a great resource for us Hunter owners (and a few other brands from time to time). It's real strength, however, comes from your involvement and consequently Hunter Marine's direct involvement in our day to day sailing issues. I know of no other sailboat manufacturer so willing to hear and assist it's customers. There have been some lively discussions from time to time, but they have, until recently, always been serious attempts to get at some sailing issue or another. Sure, it can be frustrating at times, hell, I know how I feel every time I read some Hunter bashing somewhere, or feel that I have to defend my decision to buy now and then. But your participation, Hunter Marine's participation, and the participation of the vast majority of those who visit this site make it the valuable resource (and fun place to visit) that it is. Enjoy the long weekend and we all hope we'll see you next week!

Give em Hell

Jim, I agree with Peggy and the other comments. While I don't have many questions to pose of you in your forum, I always monitor what is going on in it as it is a great resource for info and usually a good laugh to be had. Keep up the good work, blow off the stooges and thanks for the insights. Long and short, we need you a hell of a lot more than you need us. Thanks for the continued support. Regards. Bruce.

Amen Jim!

As a new Hunter owner I've already contacted you a few times and have appreciated your prompt response. I'm sure I'll have more questions down the road and it'd be nice to have your answers.
