Ed-thanks for posting your wiring diagram. Do you have a part number for the selenoid? I have had this problem for a while and would like to fix it once and for all! thanks Pete

Part # for Pete.

You could probably find it cheaper on the Internet but here is the West Marine # - 594242, Link below. The Cole Hersee # is 24059-BP. Good luck.

Ed, are you still coming this way sometime? I'll let you show me what you're talking about on my boat! HA Ha. If mine continues to weaken I may try your solution. So far I just find the sweet spot on the switch and keep the batteries hot.
