Starrett 145-D

To anyone out there who might recognize the Starrett 145-D diesel engine...HELP. I'm looking for information regarding the actual engine manufacture that Starrett marinized. It might be an Isuzu but looking for some confirmation. It's in my 1975 Irwin 42 and has original mint green engine paint.

Did ssome looking.. seems like they were marinizing Isuzu engines.. going to be an interesting hunt .. Probably going to have to find some part numbers on something like the head, block, or intake manifold and try to cross reference with Izusu parts..
