Despite attempts to balance our 38 with both storage weight, water, fuel etc.........we maintain a constant aft starboard water pooling from the cockpit aft to the cleat....it seems to be inherent in the aft starboard dynamics........constant source of water ....not situational, not blockage........anyone have ideas?

Mine has a slight list to starboard...

water that gets on the deck from washing eventually finds its way to that starboard area along the rail opposite the cockpit back to the starboard stern cleat where it pools, until it finally evaporates. There's no constant water source, however, on mine; just what runs down there from drainage off the deck somewhere. BEO

Pooling water

I have the same problem, but on both sides. The problem is not balance, but design. The drains should be closer to the midship cleats, vs the aft position. Just hose the boat down with some fresh water, it will become clear that it is not a side to side issue.
