I have retired and am living in Costa Rica. It is nearly impossible to find parts for sailboats down here and I am looking for a set of standing rigging for my hunter 20. Hull number hun20033m83e. Hunterowners.com doesn't seem to have them

The rigging for that boat should be pretty simple. You'll need to find a Rigging shop that can make your new stays and ship to you. They shouldn't be too big or to heavy to ship in a reasonable size box via UPS or DHL. Some members here might be able to recommend a Rig shop on west coast USA or even one in Central or South America that may be more reasonable on price. The measurements for your boat's rigging should be easy to locate on-line.
I got a full package quote for my H34 from Seco South. All they needed to know was did I have a Kenyon or Isomat mast.
Steve is correct. At the time Seco South made all the rigging and ask for Jean as she is most helpful. Seco South is located in the Tampa St. Pete area of Florida.
