Standing Rigging ?

I have a great old 22 who serves me well and frustrates all the go fast guys at the big time Yacht Club. My standing rigging " appears " okay although the turnbuckles are just about as tight as they can go to hold a moderatly tight rig. Every summer I get caught in some of the Chesapeake Bay weather and I am concerned. Any advice ?Gill

Too Cheap To Risk It

Catalina Direct has a new rigging kit for about $350. It is much cheaper than losing a mast, damaging the hull and maybe getting someone hurt.

I concur with Dave...

...but, take the rigging to a local rigger and for inspection and estimate. Then compare with mail order.
