I have just replaced all of my standing rigging on my 37 foot O'day, from eyes to turnbuckles. Does anyone know the correct pounds of tension. The new wire is 9/32", the old tension before I replaced it was apprx. 1000lbs. per my gage. I set the new tension at 45 on the gage (1100lbs) but I don't know what its suppose to be for sure.

tension

gen rule is about 15-20% of the working load of the cable used, check a west cat for working load and start there. the stays will stretch requiring checking several times over couple months till stays are set.
