I have a Standard Horizon AS45 Knotmeter that died. I would like to replace it with another round instrument and found a Signet SL11 one that looks like it would exchange out nicely. Anyone had experience with doing this?
If replacing it doesn't pan out try having the oringal rebuilt.Contact Horizon and get an estimate on having it repaired including a new glass lense. If done correctly it will look as good as new and work for many more years and no modifications needed. Just an idea for you. Jack
