Stanchion repair

Hello, I recently purchased a 1975 27' The "Amare". The aft, starboard stanchions are loose and the bolts
uts to them are above the ceiling (between deck and ceiling). What is the best way to access these fittings especially the one above the galley? Could anyone with simular problem and or solution please respond.ThanxUsing2@hotmail.com

I wish I knew

how to get at these things. We have bent stanchions too and I can't fix them. The backing plates and bolts seem to be glassed in under the deck in a most inaccessible place. Anyone comes up with a fix I would love to have it.
