Stanchion insert/guide for life lines

Looked everywhere for a replacement to the simple plastic inserts that guide/protect the lifelines through the stanchions of our 2004 H260. Any source would be appreciated. The opening is about 7/16 but the source would be great.

Hunter has been great providing lost caps, have you called them re inserts?
