Is it missing or simply broken? Can it be repaired? If not then one can be fabricated by most good welding shops if they have a sample. TIQ(Related Link) will make you one but it will be costly compared to the local welder.
The nature of the aluminum makes it tough to find. The original manufacturer quit making the base and welding shops won't go near it. We're working on a replacement that is made of steel so it can be repaired or easily replaced later.
