ST10000+ on a O'day 22

I am about to install a ST1000+ auto pilot on my dad's 1977 O'day 22.Any sugguestions, tips, tricks or ideas would sure help.I installed a ST-60 wind machine on my 1999 Hunter H310 and found it to be rather easy.I have been told that if I can calibrate a wind machine, I should have no trouble with the auto pilot.Thank for the help.Steve,s/v The Odyssey (H310)...

Steve,Looks like the responses to your question are kind of scarce... I asked the same question a couple of months ago regarding installing a tillerpilot on my O272. I got some excellent answers that are now in the archives here at ODO. Go to the ODO home page and click on Forum Archives (on the right hand side of the page). When you get there, type in tillerpilot and make sure you choose current and past threads. I found it just a few minutes ago, so you should have no trouble.Tom
